The Richards Court Condominium Towers at City Creek Center sit on top of a below-grade parking structure that is common to the entire block of retail development. Okland Construction was awarded contracts for the demolition, excavation and shoring of Block 76 for the tower and for construction of the four-story underground parking structure on Block 75. Okland also built the 32-story Promontory Tower, two 10-story towers, Richards Court plaza and the Cascade Building.

City Creek Center is a sustainably designed, walkable urban community of residences, offices and retail stores on a 20-acre site in downtown Salt Lake City. City Creek features an open-air design and is intended to cater predominantly to pedestrian traffic.
