A 120-ft-tall tower will house a “flaming cauldron” in honor of former owner Al Davis. The stadium is currently targeted for completion in time for the 2020 NFL season. Also expected to open in 2020 is the Los Angeles Stadium and Entertainment District at Hollywood Park in Inglewood, Calif., the future home of the NFL's Los Angeles Chargers.
