The remodel of two floors for LHM’s corporate offices is a testament to the Miller company’s belief in the importance of local businesses. All subcontractors on the project are locally based businesses, with the majority being independently run shops. Remodeling spaces within the structurally constrained building meant that crews had to seamlessly install modern architectural details such as trimless light fixtures, recessed sprinkler heads, radiused walls and recessed glazing within a minimally designed interior.

The outcome is a transitional office space with a clean, modern aesthetic that also reflects the tradition of a long-standing family-run business. The branding and signage package includes a timeline, custom graphics and integrated elements that tell the story of the Miller family and its important contribution to the community.
