Dan Williams, president, CEO and board member at Garver in North Little Rock, Ark., will retire in December 2019 as part of an internal succession strategy.Brock Hoskins, chief operating officer and a board member, will become Garver’s president on Jan. 1, 2019. Williams will remain Garver’s CEO throughout 2019, the company’s centennial year.
Hoskins joined Garver in 1990 and was named chief operating officer and executive vice president in 2012. He also manages the company’s northwest Arkansas office.
Michael Graveswill become Garver’s chief operating officer in January 2019 when Hoskins becomes president. Graves has been with the company for 14 years, serving as vice president and regional director.
Kurtis Johnhas joined the leadership team as general counsel and vice president. He comes to Garver from Kiewit Corp., where he served as assistant general counsel for the past seven years.
