This building began as a 150,000-sq-ft industrial office space and manufacturing warehouse known as Pelco Campus, a former Clovis landmark. The team, which delivered the project on budget and within an eight-month schedule, had one goal when fulfilling the function and aesthetic needs of the building: to bring the industrial, modern look of Silicon Valley to the Central Valley.

Team members toured Silicon Valley structures for inspiration in tackling a cohesive makeover of the old industrial building. They added windows, placed LED up-and-down lighting that reflects off the roof, installed metal ductwork to create a more vibrant space and created small, interchangeable conference rooms. The team also added a stairway for better circulation and accessibility.
