洛林Green

Pond, the Atlanta-based engineering, planning and architecture services firm, recently named洛林Greenas its chief executive officer. After joining the firm in 2008 as energy program director, Green quickly advanced into higher leadership roles and was named president in 2018. In 2021, Green was named to the position of president and chief operating officer. Green’s appointment to the CEO role comes as Pond’s former CEO, Tony Parker, is retiring after more than 32 years with the firm.

“It is an incredible honor to serve as the CEO of Pond. I am so proud of the meaningful growth we’ve made as a company in the past decade and am grateful to Tony Parker and the board of directors for their confidence in me to continue that progress,” said Green.

“There is no doubt in my mind that Lorraine will do an outstanding job growing and leading the company into the next era,” said Parker.

Marques Lowe

JE Dunn Construction has promotedMarques Lowe, a 24-year industry veteran, to the role of regional safety director for its East region. In this role, he will provide overall direction and leadership on safety and health matters and will implement safety programs and methods, provide statistical reports and lead training activities.

Mishaune Sawyer

The contractor also announced the hiring ofMishaune Sawyeras its senior manager of diversity, equity and inclusion for the company’s East region. She has more than 19 years of professional experience, including working across industries in the diversity, equity and inclusion space.

Lori Jones

Lori Joneshas been promoted to manage the global facilities team for Burns & McDonnell across the Southeast. Jones, with more than 20 years of industry experience, will manage the design-build solutions of facilities, working in an array of industries including advanced manufacturing, food and consumer products, aerospace and specialty chemicals.

Bob Kramer

Skanska has promotedBob Kramerto vice president – account manager. In this role, Kramer will continue to oversee Skanska’s project teams in southwest Florida and take on the account manager role for the state’s southeast region. He has 19 years of construction industry experience.

Daniel Abou-Jaoude

Also in Florida, the contractor announced the promotion ofDaniel Abou-Jaoudeto vice president – account manager. Abou-Jaoude will provide support to expand Skanska’s K-12 project pipeline in the greater Tampa, Orlando, South Florida and Fort Myers areas. During his 15 years with Skanska, he has completed 35 K-12 and higher-education projects valued at a combined $524 million.

Emmanuella Myrthil

HNTB has promotedEmmanuella Myrthilto the new diversity program director role for its Southeast division. Located in Atlanta, Myrthil will collaborate on client outreach and business diversity programs and will oversee program operations to ensure project teams meet compliance rules and regulations, program goals and client objectives. Myrthil piloted HNTB’s diversity, equity and allyship program in Atlanta to create cultural effectiveness, shared learnings and increased engagement with clients and the public.
