Igneo is planning to construct a metals recovery facility at SeaPoint Industrial Terminal Complex at the Port of Savannah. Project scope includes construction of building space and equipment foundations; installation of electronic waste receiving, crushing, shredding and mechanical separation equipment, a furnace, heat recovery steam generator, reagent injection and NOx reduction systems, process vessels and cooling, conditioning and testing equipment. Wood PLC has been selected to provide engineering services for the project. The facility will produce a homogenized copper and precious metals concentrate from electronic waste.
