Over the past 17 years, Pfeiffer has helped successfully lead highway and bridge projects in coordination with both the Missouri and Illinois Depts. of Transportation, including design roles on five design-build projects in Missouri. His expertise covers various aspects of planning, design and construction of road and highway facilities.
