Yampa山谷地区机场in Hayden, Colo., andMcKinstry, a national construction and energy services firm, held a community ribbon-cutting late last year to celebrate completion of new solar arrays constructed across eight local government agencies throughout the region. Solar arrays were installed at 13 local government facilities in the towns of Craig, Steamboat Springs, Hayden, Oak Creek and Yampa. Eight of the projects are ground mounted, while the remaining five are rooftop systems.

BT Constructionwas honored in 2021 by AGC of America for having one of the nation’s best construction safety and wellness plans. The Henderson, Colo.-based firm was given the award during the association’s Willis Towers Watson Construction Safety Excellence Awards, an annual recognition of construction safety programs. Forty-three other companies were also selected as winners for the quality of their safety programs.
