This renovation project at Hill Air Force Base converted an aircraft repair shop into a classified operations and training vault with offices and meeting spaces.
With space for 200 athletes and staff, this new building at Utah Olympic Park provides an affordable housing option during training and will be an invaluable asset should Utah be selected as the location for the 2030 Winter Olympic Games.
This landmark building has served many different functions since its construction in 1911, and it was past due for significant system upgrades and historic renovations.
This 85,400-sq-ft project was just one part of a six-part contract to replace and renovate a 500,000-sq-ft roof and provide seismic upgrades to Building 225 at Hill Air Force Base.
