本月初，我详细介绍了20类获奖者in ENR's Best of the Best Projects competition, which rose to the top from around 900 entries nationwide, as juried by panels of industry judges. From those 20, judges further short-listed a handful of projects in contention for the pinnacle award: Project of the Year.

ENR editors pored over the short-listed entries, considered additional sources, and selected the following three projects as finalists for the top award based on their impact to the community, improving construction industry practices, innovation, safety and workmanship. The finalists are (in alphabetical order):
