Three outstanding projects have been shortlisted as finalists for Project of the Year in ENR’s Best of the Best Projects competition, the top honor in an exhaustive, year-long search for the cream of the crop in design and construction execution in the U.S.

本月初,我详细介绍了20类获奖者in ENR's Best of the Best Projects competition, which rose to the top from more than 800 entries nationwide, as juried by panels of industry judges. From those 20, judges further short-listed a handful of projects in contention for the pinnacle award: Project of the Year.

ENR editors pored over the short-listed entries, considered additional sources, and selected the following three projects as finalists for the top award based on their impact to the community, improving construction industry practices, innovation, safety and workmanship. The finalists are (in alphabetical order):

  • 临时码头,,,,located in East Boston, Mass.最初由Lendlease(US)Construction LMB Inc.提交给新英格兰新利luck
  • Omaha VA Ambulatory Care Center,,,,位于内布拉斯邦奥马哈。Originally submitted by McCarthy Building Cos. to ENR Midwest
  • Watershed,,,,位于西雅图。Originally submitted by DCI Engineers to ENR Northwest

The finalists, and all the winning projects and judges, will be featured in more depth in the March 21 issue of ENR. Also in that issue, the Project of the Year will be revealed on the cover.
