Every year, ENR Texas & Louisiana publishes the Top Project Starts from the previous year, ranked by construction cost, across the five-state region of Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Texas.
ENR’s Excellence in Safety Award is now in its seventh year as part of the annual regional Best Projects competition. This year, ENR Texas & Louisiana is singling out six projects for their outstanding safety records and job-site procedures.
For an incredible series of building programs, the goal of which are to improve the quality of life for its residents, culminating in the start of the largest project in city history last year, ENR Texas & Louisiana has named the city of Oklahoma City as its 2019 Owner of the Year.
